Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate or free above a specific amount, e.g., Free for orders over RM150, otherwise RM6 flat rate."
- International shipping rates will vary based on destination and package weight. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
- At present, we only ship within Malaysia
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to any international countries yet and will provide future notices upon any changes.
- Any additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us at help@products2u.my within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
